Common Questions
How long does it take to build a website?
Most projects take 2-4 weeks from start to finish. A simple one-page site can be done in under a week. More complex builds with animations or lots of pages take a bit longer. We'll give you a clear timeline before we start.
Do I need to provide my own content?
Not necessarily. If you have text and photos ready, great — we'll work with what you've got. If not, we can write your content and source images for you (see our add-ons). Either way, we'll make it work.
Will my website work on mobile phones?
Yes — every website we build is mobile-responsive from the start. It'll look great on phones, tablets, and desktops. We don't treat mobile as an afterthought.
Can I update the website myself after it's built?
It depends on how it's built. For most small business sites, we handle updates for you — just send us a message. If you want to manage content yourself, we can set that up too.
Do you offer hosting?
We'll guide you through setting up fast, affordable hosting. We don't lock you into our own hosting — your website is yours, and you're free to host it wherever you like.
What if I already have a website?
We can redesign your existing site from scratch, keeping what works and replacing what doesn't. Check out our Website Redesign page for more details.
Is there a contract or ongoing commitment?
No long-term contracts. You pay for the build, and it's yours. If you want ongoing maintenance, that's a separate optional monthly plan — cancel anytime.

Can I see examples of your work?
We're currently building our portfolio — but you can browse our Website Styles page to see the types of designs we create. Every project is custom, so your site won't look like anyone else's.
What happens after the website goes live?
We don't disappear. You get post-launch support included with every package (30-60 days depending on your plan). After that, you can opt into our monthly maintenance plan or reach out anytime you need something.
