How long does it take to build a website?
Most projects are live within 5-10 working days. A simple site can be done in 3-5 days. Larger builds take 10-15 days. We'll give you a clear timeline before we start.
Do I need to provide my own content?
Not necessarily. If you have text and photos ready, great — we'll work with what you've got. If not, we can write your content (from £150) and source images (from £75, or included free in Business and Premium plans). Either way, we'll make it work.
Will my website work on mobile phones?
Yes — every website we build is mobile-responsive from the start. It'll look great on phones, tablets, and desktops. We don't treat mobile as an afterthought.
Can I update the website myself after it's built?
It depends on how it's built. For most small business sites, we handle updates for you — just send us a message. If you want to manage content yourself, we can set that up too.
Do you offer hosting?
We'll guide you through setting up fast, affordable hosting. We don't lock you into our own hosting — your website is yours, and you're free to host it wherever you like.
What if I already have a website?

Is there a contract or ongoing commitment?
